1. Terms

By accessing this APPLICATION (SERVICE) provided by Vadim Lopatiuk (PROVIDER), you (USER) agree to be bound by these SERVICE Terms of Service of Use and agree that USER is responsible for complying with any applicable local laws. If USER disagrees with any of these terms, USER is prohibited from accessing this site. The materials contained in this SERVICE are protected by copyright and trademark law.

2. Use License

Permission is granted to temporarily use features provided by SERVICE for personal, non-commercial purposes only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title, and under this license USER may not:

  • modify or copy the provided materials;
  • use the provided materials for any commercial purpose;
  • attempt to reverse engineer any software provided by PROVIDER;
  • remove any copyright or other proprietary notations from the provided materials; or
  • transfer the provided materials to another person or “mirror” the materials on any other server;
  • USER retains rights to any content they create or upload to the SERVICE (USER GENERATED CONTENT);
  • PROVIDER does not guarantee the safety or integrity of USER GENERATED CONTENT.

This allows PROVIDER to terminate access upon violation of any of these restrictions. Upon termination, USER’s right to view the SERVICE will also end.

All the materials on SERVICE are provided “as is”. PROVIDER makes no warranties, whether express or implied, and hereby disclaims all other warranties. Furthermore, PROVIDER does not make any representations concerning the accuracy or reliability of the use of the SERVICE or materials from the SERVICE or otherwise relating to any materials or any sites linked to this SERVICE.

4. Limitations

PROVIDER or its suppliers will not be held accountable for any damages that arise from the use of or inability to use the SERVICE and/or materials, even if PROVIDER or an authorized representative of this SERVICE has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage. Some jurisdictions do not allow limitations on implied warranties or limitations of liability for incidental damages, so these limitations may not apply to USER.

PROVIDER may change the SERVICE and/or materials at any time without notice. PROVIDER does not make any commitment to update the softrware and/or materials.

PROVIDER has not reviewed all of the sites linked to its SERVICE and is not responsible for the contents of any such linked site. The presence of any link does not imply endorsement by PROVIDER of the site. The use of any linked SERVICE is at the user’s own risk.

Any claim related to SERVICE shall be governed by the laws of Country without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
